Jonathen is joining us from Habitat for Humanity, and despite his young age, he is wise beyond his years. Jonathen grew up in the construction industry and holds his CAPM certified associate in project management certification, and plans to put that to good use here in his role as a Project manager. In Jonathan's spare time he likes spending it with his girlfriend, or at truck shows with his buddies.

Meet Vandon Kershner our newest Property Inspection Specialist. Vandon and his wife enjoy the outdoors and are animal lovers. Vandnon also enjoys playing various games, and writing music

Welcome Back Kyle Youngman! Kyle served as our mitigation manager for over 6 years. Kyle left to take a position with a contents team and we still worked closely with him. Kyle is now coming back to us, and making our team so much stronger to help those in need. Kyle will be serving us as a Project Estimator

Michael Cusano has joined our team as a Project manager. Michael moved to Cville with his wife, from Christiansburg about 10 years ago. He now has an 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son. Both enjoy playing ball. He spent 10-years working in EMS. In Michael’s spare time he enjoys downhill skiing, camping, and live music

Brian Guyton has joined our team to take on the role as the Operations manager. Brian brings many years of the insurance industry knowledge. Brian has worked as an adjuster, agent and operations manager for Travelers. He enjoys spending time with his 2 daughters and lives on a small farm raising sheep and that keeps him very busy.

Meet Ryan our newest Mitigation Technician. Ryan is bit of handyman and enjoys working on his home, spending time with his son and mountain Biking.

Meet our Mitigation Manager, Whit Robertson. He joined our team a few months ago but finally agreed to let me take his picture. Whit comes to Paul Davis with 12 years of restoration experience. In his time off, he enjoys working on cars and has been to 9 KISS Concerts!

Welcome Robert, the newest Estimator to join our Paul Davis team. Robert moved from Virginia to Florida not because he doesn't like warm weather or beaches, he just wanted to be close to his grandchildren. Robert comes to use with a plethora of knowledge as he has been in this industry for over 28 years. We are so lucky to have him!

Meet Jennifer, she has over ten years of experience in Human Resources and Office Management. She Resides in Greene County, VA with her husband, Travis and two children, Kayden and Connor. When she isn't traveling to her daughter's pageants or son's soccer games, Jennifer enjoy reading, journaling, hiking, and spending time at the beach.

Owners - Jon & Brionne enjoy snowboarding, hiking, traveling, going to concerts, spending time with their two daughters, and are totally addicted to Disney World.

Lin Fowler joined our team in 2018. Lin has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years. She enjoys crocheting and gardening in her spare time. Lin is animal advocate and has 5 cats. She also enjoys spending time with her 4 kids and her 7 grandchildren.

Ken is a retired firefighter and joined our team in 2018.  Ken enjoys spending time with his wife and 9 children.  He also loves watching and cheering on his favorites sports teams.

Jason has been a part of the insurance industry for over 14 years. Jason loves going to concerts with his 3 daughters and wife. In his down time, he likes to play golf and watch sports.
